OBITUARY

Jan Minch

SMITHVILLE — Jan Nanette Ausbon Minch, 66, died Feb. 13, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. today, at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home Chapel, with Derrick Maranto officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Visitation is from 1-2:45 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Minch was born Dec. 22, 1954, to the late Roy Green and Ona Raye Herndon Ausbon. She was formerly employed in human resources with various companies and as secretary with the Amory Church of Christ. She was a member of Amory Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Meredith Minch; and brother, Sidney Howell. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Minch; children, Jason Minch of Tupelo and Ashely Mich of Guntown; sister, Martha Waldrop of Tupelo; and two grandchildren.
