OBITUARY

Donald Getz Jr.

CALEDONIA — Donald Raymond Getz Jr., 44, died Jan. 10, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. No services will be held at this time. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Getz was born Nov. 21, 1976, in Granite City, Illinois, to Donald R. Getz and the late Harriet Dawn Belch Getz. He was formerly employed as a mechanic. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Shannon Robinson Getz of Caledonia; sons, Donald Getz, Holden Getz, Kalib Getz, and Zachary Beckworth; daughter, Shelby Beckworth; sisters, Susan Blackston and Erin Getz; and brother, Eric Getz.
