COLUMBUS — Linda Pate Inmon, 63, died Aug. 9, 2019, at her residence. Services are at 3 p.m. today at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation is two hours prior to services at the church. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Inmon was born March 24, 1956, in Columbus, to the late John W. and Mary K. Harcrow Pate Jr. She was a graduate of New Hope High School and the University of Alabama. She was formerly employed with Caldwell Furniture and Southern Lure. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, John C. Inmon Jr. of Columbus; sisters, Barbara Ibarra of Columbus and Patti Duffie of Ashville, North Carolina; and brothers, Joe M. Pate of Forest and Curtis M. Pate of Columbus. Pallbearers will be Luke Pounders, Rusty Scott Walker, Brandon Greenlee, Larry McJenkin, Jimmy Inmon and Sabin Neely.
