FORT PIERCE, Fla. — Martha June Joseph Dinnen, 94, died Dec. 16, 2018, at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, Alabama. Services and burial will be held at a later date in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, Florida. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Otts Funeral Home in Sulligent. Otts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Dinnen was born June 5, 1924, in Urbana, Ohio, to the late William Joseph and Pauline Gulick. She attended school in Springfield, Ohio. She was formerly employed as a postmistress in Ohio, a department store clerk, office worker, cashier, seamstress and plant nursery worker. She was a member of Crossing Community Church in Fort Pierce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Vernon Dinnen; daughter, Victoria Lowrance; and brother, William Joseph Jr. She is survived by her son, Larry Dinnen of Longanville, Georgia; daughter, Karen Thomas of Sulligent; brother, Ronald Joseph of Stevensville, Maryland; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
