WEST POINT — Graham Walker “Buddy” Hamlin Sr., 70, died Aug. 28, 2015, at Dugan Memorial Home in West Point. Services are 3 p.m. Sunday at Calvert Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Coggins officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in West Point. Visitation is two hours before service time at the funeral home. Mr. Hamlin was born Nov. 11, 1944, in West Point, to the late William Rooker and Margie Lee Willis Hollis Hamlin Sr. He was a member of First Christian Church in West Point, the West Point Masonic Lodge #40 F. & A.M. and the American Legion. He was a Mississippi Army National Guard veteran, and formerly owned and operated Tibbee Grocery. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, William Rooker Hamilin Jr. He is survived by daughters, Sherry Lynn Hamlin Zetwo of West Point, Lee Hamlin Farley of Madison and Elizabeth Hamlin of Gulf Shores, Alabama; son, Graham Walker Hamlin Jr., of Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Mary Alma Hamlin, Panama City, Florida, and Marie H. Kelley of West Point; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers are Doug Jolly, Larry Hester, Marty Wallace, Todd Wallace, Don Kellum and Jim Swoope.
