TUSCUMBIA, Ala. — Mary Kathleen Millican Crossley, 96, died Dec. 30, 2018. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscumbia with the Rev. Darell Pace and the Rev. Michael Rogers officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. at Furnace Hill Cemetery in Vernon. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church. Chandler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Crossley was born in Sulligent, to the late William Roscoe Sr. and Mamie Kate Owen Millican. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Roscoe “Pete” Millican Jr.; sisters, Johnnie Kate Mappin, Polly Rye and Patricia Wheat; and husband, Roy Milner Crossley. She is survived by her daughter, Mary “Bitsey” Moore; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tommy Buckner, Cy Christian, Randell Gilmore, Dan McDaniel, Ken Michael, Ronnie Strawbridge, Ron Strawbridge and Gentry Wheat. Memorials may be made to Gideons International, P.O.
