ABERDEEN — Marvin L. “Buddy” Brewer, 64, died June 25, 2012, at Pioneer Community Hospital. Services were today at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home with John Parker officiating. Burial followed in New Hope Cemetery in Hatley. Mr. Brewer was born March 7, 1948, to the late Jesse James Brewer and Annie Mae Nowlin Brewer. He retired as a truck driver from Volume Trucking. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Joyce Brewer of Aberdeen; daughters, Linda Annette Call and Nancy Kay Brewer, both of Starkville; son, Jesse Dale Brewer of Caledonia; sister, Peggie House of Hamilton; brothers, Robert Earl Brewer of Hamilton, Doug Brewer of Aberdeen and James Edward Brewer of West Memphis, Ark; and 10 grandchildren.
