BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Martha Jane Kimbrough died April 16, 2010. Services Sunday at 2 p.m. at Stephens Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. J.L. Peoples officiating. Burial will follow in Sanfield Cemetery. Mrs. Kimbrough was born Aug. 26, 1915, to the late Tom and Millie Gandy Sr. She was an entrepreneur, owner of One Stop Barber Shop. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dell Kimbrough; sister, Pecola Perry and brother, Tom Gandy. She is survived by her daughter, Maggie Jackson, of Birmingham; stepdaughter, Minnie Scott, of Montgomery, Ala., and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
