Louise Moore

WEST POINT — Louise Moore, 75, died Sept. 15, 2022, at her residence.
Services are at 11 a.m. today, at Mt. Hermon M.B. Church, with the Rev. Kevin C. Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Chapel Cemetery in the Tibbee Community. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the church. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moore was born may 27, 1947, in Starkville, to the late Reventer Williams and Annie Ruth Williams. She was formerly employed as an educator.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Moore; and siblings, Malquett Williams, Eugene Williams, Nash Higgins, and Annie Lee Williams.
She is survived by her children, Trayce Moore-Thomas, Jermaine Moore, and Jason Moore; siblings, Tom Harrison, James Williams, Robert Williams, and Hilda Kay Doss; and two grandchildren.
