ARTESIA — Lott E. Bradford, 56, died May 28, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Truevine MB Church with Eddie Clayborn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3-8 p.m. at Carter’s Funeral Services. Mr. Bradford was born Sept. 9, 1959, to the late Jim and Lucy Bradford. He was a member of Truevine MB Church and was employed as a mechanic with Emma Construction. He was a graduate of Alexander High School. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Geraldine Rice and Ruth Yeates. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ellis Bradford of Artesia; children, Tikima Ward of Starkville, Yvonne and Ladarius Ellis, both of Columbus; siblings, Betty Ashford, Ester Bradford, Willie Bradford and Robert Bradford, all of Starkville, Arthur Bradford of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Bobby Bradford of Memphis, Tennessee; and five grandchildren.
