WEST POINT — Lora Mae “Nannie” Davis, 90, died July 29, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. Services are Sunday at 3 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Jerome Key officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in West Point. Visitation is Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home. Davis was born April 12, 1920, in Ingomar to the late Lena Swords and Clifford C. Raines. Mrs. Davis worked at Knickerbocker Manufacturing for 20 years. She was a member of West End Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Hayward Davis. She is survived by one daughter, Jill Renee Shurden, of West Point; sons, Billy Davis and Donald Davis, both of West Point; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, W. C. Raines, of Fort Smith, Ark., Larry Raines of Crenshaw, and Bobby Raines of Little Rock, Ark.
