Linda Faye Bowen Lollar, age 65, of Columbus, MS, passed away January 17, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be Sunday, January 21, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Friendship Cemetery with Pastor Ron Delgado officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, January 21, 2018, from noon until 1:45 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory College St. location. Mrs. Lollar was born March 29, 1952, in Oklahoma City, OK, to the late Willie Frank and Pernia Lovena Lanning Bowen. She worked as a LPN for a number of years and was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Clifton D. “Sonny” Lollar, and son, Tony Big Soldier. Survivors include her boyfriend, Michael Whitney of Columbus, MS, sons, Donnie Parker of Columbus, MS, and Freddy Lynch of Tupelo, MS, daughter, Alisha Lann and her husband Joey of Vernon, AL, brothers, Chester Bowen of Mangum, OK, and Oscar Franklin Bowen of Millport, AL, sisters, Shirley Wulff and her husband Leonard of Dell City, OK, and Derenda Hunt of Oklahoma City, OK, and grandchildren, Alec Big Soldier, Triston Parker, Emma Parker, Kaili Lynch, Gentry Lynch, Jona Lynch, Nathan Brown, Cooper Lann, and Laura Beth Lann.
