COLUMBUS — Bureren “Lance” Howard, 65, died May 21, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Prospt Park. Mr. Howard was born Oct. 22, 1953, in Georgia. He was preceded in death by his wife and brother.
