SMITHVILLE — Kenneth “Leo” Duncan, 51, died April 7, 2010, at Baptist Memorial Hospital–Golden Triangle. Services are Saturday at 10 a.m. at Otts Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. Tom Rossi and Jeffrey Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Stanford Cemetery. Visitation is today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Duncan was born April 2, 1959, in Lamar County, Ala., to the late David Andrew Sr., and Nedra Mae Cunningham Duncan. He was a member of Bethlehem MB Church. He worked at American Power Source in Columbus, and at Zartic Inc. in Hamilton, Ala. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, David Duncan Jr. and Alvin Eugene Duncan and sister, Velvet Cottrell. He is survived by his son, Randy Duncan, of Amory; daughter, Kristy Duncan, of Smithville; brothers, Benoit Duncan, of Vernon, Ala., and Ray Duncan, of Vernon, Ala.; sisters, Rosie Hawkins, of Sulligent, Ala., Violet Birmingham, of Sulligent, Ala., Dale Fredrick, of Decatur, Ala., and Nell Scott, of Sulligent, and one grandchild.
