WEST POINT — Joyce Fulgham Kinsey, 76, died July 23, 2021, at Trinity Independent Living in Columbus.
Graveside services are at 10 a.m. today, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with Karen Foster officiating. Visitation is from 9:45 – 10 a.m. prior to services at the cemetery. Calvert Funeral home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kinsey was born Oct. 20, 1944, in Clay County, to the late Erma Edwards Fulgham and Curtis Floyd Fulgham. She was formerly employed as an administrative assistant and was a member of Strong United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Allen Kinsey; and siblings, Freda Thomas, Floyd Fulgham, Arlon Fulgham and Curt Fulgham.
She is survived by her children, Sheila Marie Orman of West Point, Karen Elise Foster of Caledonia, Leslie Carolyn Webber of steens and James Fraser Kinsey Jr. of Strong; brother, John Fulgham of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
