KENNEDY, Ala. — Joe Robert Crowley, 77, died May 8, 2016, at South East Alabama Medical Center. Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Kennedy Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church. Mr. Crowley was born Oct. 26, 1938, to the late Paulie and Ada Trull Crowley. He was previously employed with Omnova. He graduated from Kennedy High School and served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jane Davis. He is survived by his daughters, Gina Campbell and Leah Thomas; brothers, Don Crowley, Gary Crowley, Steve Crowley and Jimmy Crowley; sisters, Mary Nell Roebuck, Francis Randall and Carolyn Lockhart; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chris Hindman, Brad Crowley, Scott Crowley, Scotty Matthews, Kurt Davis and Russell Crowley.
