James Ardis “Frog” Parker, age 76, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at his residence in Columbus. Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 04, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Cullman City Cemetery, Cullman, Alabama with Bro. Eddie Hampton and Bro. J.L. Parker officiating. Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory, 2nd Ave. North location is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Parker was born on Wednesday, December 31, 1941, in Joppa, AL, to the late Malcom Eugene and Evie May Nelson Parker. He was a member of Word of Life Baptist Church and a retired truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Parker; his son, Travis Wayne Parker; and his brother, Jackie D. Parker. Survivors include his son, Neal Parker (Xandra), Arab, AL; brother, Malcom Parker (Florence), Columbus, MS; niece, Shelia Graham, Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Alexandria Britney Parker, Sabrina Gracie Witcher and Natlie Brooke Parker; and great-grandchildren, John Neal Henderson, Riley Witcher and Brody Witcher.
