Lt. Col. James Harvey Jim Alexander, retired, 88, of Columbus, died June 16, 2009, at his residence in Columbus. Services will be Saturday at noon at Annunciation Catholic Church. Visitation will also be Saturday from 11 a.m. until service time at the church. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Gunter & Peel Funeral Home.
