STARKVILLE — Ida Mildred “Millie” Nations Sellars, 82, died Jan. 4, 2018. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church in Starkville. Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Sellars was born Jan. 21, 1935, in Brookhaven, to the late Mr and Mrs. Howard Nations. She was a graduate of Old Central High School and attended Mississippi State University and later received her degree in Germany. She was formerly employed as a teacher at Starkville High School and Starkville Academy. She was also formerly employed as Business Director in the Dean’s office of Mississippi State University’s Bagley College of Engineering. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul Scott Sellars of Starkville; children, Paula of Tok, Alaska and Perry, both of Starkville; sister, Ann Seal of Tupelo; brother, Perry of Jackson; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
