Gray McKellar

Services for Gray McKellar will be at Church of the Holy Communion Wednesday at 11 am with the Rev. Lowell Grisham and the Rev. Ollie Rencher officiating. Burial will be at Friendship Cemetery in Columbus, Mississippi following the service. Gray McKellar was born in Columbus, Mississippi to Gray and Lottie Palmer McKellar. He graduated from Lee High School in Columbus and attended Northeast Mississippi Junior College and the University of Tennessee. He was Vice President of Panola Industries in Como, Mississippi and Senior Vice President of Choctaw, Inc of Memphis. He was a Mason and member of the Scottish Rite and a member of Church of the Holy Communion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Claire S McKellar. He is survived by his wife of fourteen years, Sibyl of the home; three daughters, Kathy Grisham and husband Lowell, Fayetteville, Arkansas; Sandy Kane, Houston, Texas; Pam Dickey and husband Jimmy, Memphis; two step sons Jim Hall III, Norman, Oklahoma; Tim Hall, Stigler, Oklahoma; two sisters, Bessie Moffatt, Gautier, Mississippi and Sarah Dethloff , Gautier, Mississippi; and one brother, George McKellar of Raleigh, North Carolina; and eight grandchildren, Allison Burkepile and husband Deron, Miami Beach, Florida; Gray Grisham, Shanghai, China; Whitney Kane and Blake Kane, Houston; Blair Kane, Austin, Texas; Leigh Dickey, Stuart Dickey and Emily Dickey, Memphis.
