Glenn Bush

HOUSTON, Texas — Glenn “Tootie” Bush, 65, died Oct. 19, 2022, at Houston Methodist Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Hebron C.M.E. Church in Steens, with Earnest Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bush was born Nov. 16, 1956, in Crawford, to the late Willie Ivory Bush and Mary Frances Bush. He attended Motley Elementary and was a 1974 graduate of Motley High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran and formerly employed with JB Hunt and Weyerhaeuser.
He is survived by his children, Angie Craddieth and Gentry Stowers of Columbus; siblings, Maxine Smith of Abilene, Willie Mae Peoples of Columbus, Lynn Wynn of Arlington, Sammie Bush of Phoenix, Arizona, Betty Young, Lawanda Tyre, and Carnell Bush of Houston, Daryl Bush and Rodney Bush of Cincinnati, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
