COLUMBUS — Gerry Marlene Murphy, 70, died April 14, 2023, at Trinity Health Care.
No services are scheduled at this time. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Murphy was born on May 31, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Jerry Roscoe Thompson and Angela Qualqliata Thompson. She was a member of First Christian Church. She worked as an Accounts Specialist for Delta Dental.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her child, Shawnee Murphy.
Ms. Murphy is survived by her sons, Shannon Murphy and Adam Murphy; sisters, Diane Witte, Carol Johnson and Sandy Thompson; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
