HOUSTON, Texas – Gerald Anthony Quinn, 60, died Jan. 16, 2021, at Great Heights Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Tibbee Community Cemetery in West Point, with Donald Wesley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday, at the cemetery. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Quinn was born Nov. 12, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, to Odell Quinn Sr. and Ruby Murray. He was formerly employed as a stationary engineer and as owner and operator of Spring Cod Air HVAC. He was preceded in death by one grandchild. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Stephanie Quinn; children, Gerald Jason Quinn II of Champaign, Illinois, Anthony Moreland of Dallas, Texas, Jeramie Antuan Green and Jermaine Anthony Green of Chicago, Illinois; stepchildren, Blake Hendricks of Atlanta, Georgia, Cherell Mason of Houston, Texas and Lew’Daris Posey of Houston, Texas; siblings, Darise J. Jackson of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Levon Haris of West Point, Odell Quinn Jr. of Houston, Texas and Linda Patterson of Atlanta, Georgia; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Maurice Reed, Larry Quinn, Fanasial Quinn, Mike Jones, Charlie Brown, Jimmy Lane and Jermaine Lane.
