BUHL, Ala. — Frances Irine Ray, 80, died June 24, 2009, at Druid City Hospital Health Services. Graveside services are today at 4 p.m. at Sardis Cemetery in Greene County, with the Rev. Carl Sudduth officiating. Visitation is today at 2-3 p.m. at Dogwood Chapel. Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Greene County. Skelton Funeral Home of Reform is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Ray was born in Louisville to the late James Wiley King and Ava Mae Miles King. She was a homemaker and a member of West Greene Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Wesley Ray, four sisters and eight brothers. She is survived by her son, Randy Ray, of Elrod, Ala., sister, Mary Ann Jones; brothers, Belvin, Melvin, and Jimmy Lee King; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
