STARKVILLE — Evia Mae Earby, 96, died Sept. 2, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethsolem MB Church in Ackerman with the Rev. joe Shumaker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 1-6 p.m. today at Century Hairston Funeral Home. Mrs. Earby was born July 5, 1920, to the late Isaiah McKinney and Ida Cork McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Hazel Bardwell of Starkville; son, John McKinney of Weir; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
