AMORY — Emily Dean “Miss Dean” Kimbrough Williams, 70, died Jan. 24, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Mac Phillips and Elder Bobby Howell officiating. Burial will follow in the Durrett Cemetery. Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home and will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. E.E. Pickle Funeral Home of Amory is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Williams was born June 6, 1939, in the Quincy Community to the late George Armon and Eula Undean Easter Kimbrough. Before her retirement, she worked for 39 years at Amory Garment Co. and was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Aubrey, James Roy, Troy Edwin, and Audrey Kimbrough and sister, Fanny May Summers. She is survived by her husband, Waynard Williams, of Amory; son, Michael David Williams, of Tremont; daughter, Tammy Lynn Knight, of Shannon; sisters, Mary Lou Thompson, of Quincy, Bobbie Glen McNeese, of Quincy, and Martha Jean Howell, of Amory; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers are Jeff Howell, Steve Kimbrough, Timothy Murphy, Hershel Kimbrough, Donald Kimbrough, Phillip Thompson, Landon Williams, Anthony McNeese, Caleb Waycaster and Matthew Waycaster.
