WEST POINT — Eliza J. Parker Webber, 73, died March 18, 2009, at her residence. Services are Wednesday at noon at Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church in West Point with the Rev. Polee Webber officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in West Point. Visitation is today from 3-6 p.m. at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel in West Point. Mrs. Webber was born Oct. 13, 1935, in Trebloc to the late O.C. and Olie Ree Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clem Webber Sr.; sons, David and Larry Webber; daughter, Frances Glover; and sisters, Annabella Bolden and Mary Alice. She is survived by her sons, Clem, D.W., Franklin, Bobby and Timothy Webber; daughters, Linda, Inez, Rose and Tracy Webber; brother, Clarence Parker; sisters, Elizabeth Phillips, Viola Heard and Lessie Mae Dobbs; 28 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
