COLUMBUS — Eliza Mae Williams Moore, 71, died Sept. 13, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.
Graveside services will be at noon Sunday, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with Bobby L. McCarter Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moore was born July 24, 1950, in Columbus, to the late Andy Williams and Mary Bell Sanders Williams. She was formerly employed with ECOLAB and as a Mary Kay consultant. She was a member of Full Gospel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Willie Oliver.
She is survived by her husband, Willie George Moore; children, Mary Jones, Deidre Williams, both of Jacksonville, Jacqueline Williams of Columbus and Tashmia Williams of Colorado Springs, Colorado; siblings, Martha Taylor, Laura Pippins, Castella Young, all of Columbus and Genora Abrams of Canton; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jerome Abrams, Kent Council, Larry Council, Robert Moore, Donald Richardson and Robert S. Sanders.
