GREENWOOD SPRINGS — Donald Lee Hulsey, 72, died Oct. 2, 2018, near Aberdeen. Services were at 2 p.m. Thursday at Otts Funeral Home with Charles Flippo and Jim Northington officiating. Burial followed at Pickle Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Otts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Hulsey was born Dec. 18, 1945, in Lamar County, Alabama, to the late Guy Hulsey and Jewel Dean Jackson. He attended Sulligent High School and Bevill State Community College. He was an Army National Guard veteran and was formerly employed with WEJ Trucking and Monroe County Landfill. He is survived by his wife, Earline Hulsey of Greenwood Springs; sons, Ricky Hulsey of Greenwood Springs and Donal Wayne Hulsey of Sulligent; brother, Larry Hulsey of Sulligent; sisters, Opal Stripling of Water Valley and Mary Ann Pennington of Tuscaloosa; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Qwade Murff, Sean Guyton, Luke Hulsey, Colton Guyton, Nathan Zaragosa and Jack Dillard.
