Dana Stotts Douglas, 59 of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS. Ms Douglas was born on October 30, 1960, to Linda Williams Stotts and the late Sammy Stotts, Sr. in Columbus, MS. She worked in aircraft maintenance at Columbus Air Force Base and at Seminole where she loved, and was loved by her co-workers. Ms Douglas retired in 2016 from SDI as a crane operator after 9 years. She was an avid gardener and bird enthusiast. She loved camping at Lake Lowndes and being with her grandchildren and family. In addition to her father, Ms Douglas was preceded in death by her companion dog, Ladybug. Ms Douglas is survived by her mother, Linda Williams Stotts, Columbus, MS; life partner, Shane Andrews, Columbus, MS; sons, David Tucker, Columbus, MS, and Robert (Hailey Cole) Tucker, Columbus, MS; daughter, Jennifer Tucker (B.D.) Dowdy, Columbus, MS; sister, Kay Quinlan, Caledonia, MS; brothers, Sammy Stotts, Jr., Columbus, MS and Billy (Erica) Stotts, Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Rylee Jo Tucker, Jeradd Dale Tucker and Swayzee Lu Tucker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
