HAMILTON — Daniel “Dan” Blaylock, 71, died Nov. 7, 2012, at Pioneer Hospital in Aberdeen. Services were Saturday at People’s Tabernacle Church in Sulligent, Ala., with Phillip Blaylock, Stanley Blaylock and Steve Blaylock officiated. Burial followed in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Mr. Blaylock was born March 26, 1941, to the late Frances Earline Blaylock. He retired from the Quaker Oat Company in Rockford, Ill. He was a member of Bethel Apostolic Church. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Jackson; and brothers, Paul and Roy White. Survivors include his daughter, Renee Butts of Walnut Ridge, Alaska; brothers, Al White and Troy White, both of Hamilton and Coy White of Jackson, Mich.; sisters, Frances Huston of Greenwood Springs, Faye August White of Detroit, Mich., and Mary Rosales of Smithville. Pallbearers were Junior Escobar, Dustin Marshall, John Hutson, Time Bernetti, Tom Gyllenswan and Andrew Tucker.
