STARKVILLE — Dale Jerome O’Neal, 54, died March 15, 2019, in West Point. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Carter’s Funeral Services in Columbus with the Rev. Ben Yarber officiating. Burial will follow at Tibbee Community Cemetery in Tibbee. Visitation is from noon-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Carter’s Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements. Mr. O’Neal was born Sept. 4, 1964, in Tibbee, to Ollie Will Blair and the late John M. Blair. He was formerly employed as a brick mason. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Yashia Culberson and JamarKas Culberson, both of Starkville, Telkia Culberson and Keishia Culberson, both of West Point and Jerome Culberson of Jackson; siblings, Miggie Webb of Detroit, Michigan, Adrinne O’Neal and James Earl Reed, both of West Point; Glenda Sconvers of Huntsville, Barbara Tolliver of Atlanta, Georgia, Naoka Blair of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, John Blair Ervin of Chicago, Illinois and Lashonda Shumpert of Dallas, Georgia; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bobby Lane, Eugene Sims, John Ed Harris, Allen D. Gunn and Walter O’Neal.
