Corey Alan Kinder, age 40, of Columbus, MS, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at his residence. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A memorial service will follow on Friday, August 10, 2018, at 1:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ron Delgado officiating. Lowndes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Kinder was born on January 9, 1978, in Columbus, MS, to Roger and Patricia Jones Kinder. He worked for AT&T as a technician for 18 years. Mr. Kinder was a huge New Orleans Saints fan and also a big fan of Mississippi State Bulldogs football. He also enjoyed going deer hunting very much. Mr. Kinder had two precious dogs, which he loved very much, NOLA and Morgan. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clayton and Ruth Jones; and his paternal grandfather, Glen Kinder. Mr. Kinder is survived by his parents, Roger (Deborah) Kinder and Pat Kinder of Columbus, MS; one brother, Shane Kinder; uncle, Wayne (Petie Bell) Jones; grandmother, Audrey Kinder; and numerous cousins. Honorary pallbearers will be his AT&T family.
