STARKVILLE — Claude Gray Jr., 69, died Oct. 16, 2017. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Century Hairston Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in New Light Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Century Hairston Funeral Home. Mr. Gray was born Oct. 8, 1948, to the late Claude Gray Sr. and Willie Dora Taylor. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Gray of Sandfield, Florida; son, Jerry James Gray of Sebring, Florida; sisters, Doris Lampkin and Willie Jean Watt of Sturgis, Nan Gray Mitchell of Atlanta and Bobbie Lindsey Gray of Starkville; brothers, Otha Gray of Sturgis, Eucluck Gray of Starkville and Nelson Gray of Whitney, Texas.
