WEST POINT — Chip Pruett, 51, died Aug. 10, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Monte Crosswhite officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Calvert Funeral Home. Calvert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pruett was born May 10, 1967, in West Point, to Clovis M. Pruett Jr. and the late Ida Frances McManus. He formerly owned and operated Pruett Professional Services, LLC. In addition to his father, he is survived by his fiancé, Candy Swindle of West Point; daughter, Chelcy Pruett of West Point; sons, Clovis M. “Coby” Pruett IV and Trey Marshall Pruett, both of West Point; stepmother, Lucy Pruett of West Point; sisters, Tammy Parkerson, Tracy Davis and Lisa Pruett, all of West Point; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Shane Pruett, Mike Pearson, Scott McManus, Pete Riley, River Clemons, Nathan Sinko, Josh Sinko, Charles Shelton and Josh Earnest.
