MACON — Chasity Triplett Bland, 35, died Dec. 4, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital–Golden Triangle. Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Jarvis Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Oddfellow Cemetery. Visitation is today from 1-5 p.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Bland was born Feb. 19, 1977, to D.T. Triplett and Patricia Hodges Brooks, both of Macon. She was employed as a nurse’s assistant. She was a 1995 graduate of Noxubee County High School and member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Derek Bland of Macon; children, Dermey Devon and Kadja Triplett, both of Macon; brothers, James Hodges of Macon and Deyon Triplett of LAwrenceville, Ga.; stepsister, Sherelle Brown of Macon; and stepbrothers, Whooper and Anthony Triplett of Columbus.
