WEST POINT — Charles Lee Brown, 60, died May 25, 2010, at West Point Community Living Center in West Point. Services are Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Al. Lathan officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is today from 3:-6 p.m. at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel. Mr. Brown was born Aug. 2, 1949, to Bertha Brown and the late Charles S. Brown. He is survived by his wife, Rose Brown, of West Point; mother, Bertha Brown, of West Point; sons, Anthony Wright, of Cedar Bluff and Gregory Brown, of St. Louis; daughters, Towanda Branson, of Hawaii, Tammy Alexander, of St Louis, Tenesha Brown, of Illinois, and Charlene Brown, of Miami; brothers; Thomas Brown, of West Point, and Howard Brown, of St Louis; sisters, Betty Hamilton and Sarah Johnson, both of St. Louis and Gloria Bryant, of Miami; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
