STARKVILLE — Carrie M. Hines, 74, died May 13, 2019, in Columbus. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brownridge M.B. Church in Crawford. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation is from 1-6 p.m. Friday at West Memorial Funeral Home in Starkville. West Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hines; daughters, Lanitra Outlaw and Cynthia Harris; sisters, Pastor Emma L. Austin, Gloria Elliott, Denise Akins, Renee Bullock and Betty Watson; and brothers, Willie Elliott, Earl Elliott, Glenn Elliott and Pastor Howard Elliott.
