STARKVILLE — Brenda Kathryn Sutherland Fratesi, 75, died May 25, 2019. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Starkville. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Welch Funeral Home. Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. She is survived by her husband, Louis Fratesi; and children, Nicki Luczak, Brian Fratesi and Joe Fratesi. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
