WEST POINT — Bobby Walker, 74, died April 27, 2019, at Specialty Hospital of Meridian. Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Calvert Funeral Home of West Point with James Towery officiating. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Itawamba Memorial Garden Cemetery near Fulton. Visitation is Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Bobby Walker was born Dec. 22, 1944, in Athens, Alabama, to the late Robert Henry and Frances Irby Walker Jr. He was formerly employed for many years as a loan officer at both BancorpSouth (formerly Bank of Mississippi) and Republic Finance. Bobby was a member of the Mississippi Army National Guard. He is survived by his sons, Bob Walker of West Point and Perry Walker of Coffeeville; and mother of his children, Becky Walker of West Point.
