WEST POINT — Bessie Lee Quinn, 86, died May 26, 2019, at West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hopewell M.B. Church in Cedar Bluff, with the Rev. Homer Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Memorial Garden. Visitation is from 3-6 p.m. today at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Quinn was born Feb. 14, 1933, in Cedar Bluff, to the late Frank “Flim” Deans and Roberta Deans. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Belk and Kathleen Sewell, both of LaGrange, and Bessie Bell of West Point; sons, Henry Quinn and Jesse Quinn, both of Anniston, Alabama; sisters, Mary Deans of New York and Hattie Deans of Cedar Bluff; brother, Robert Deans of West Point; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
