BATON ROUGE, LA – The following students recently were elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.
Phatozja Smith, of Columbus, Anna Potts, Audrey Caiola, Demeria Moore, Haiye Xie, Harper Laird, Kathryn Keenum, Rachel Apperson, Tony Minor and Lillian Skelton, all of Starkville, were elected at Mississippi State University.
J’marcus Brooks, of Columbus, was elected at University of Texas at Dallas.
They are among approximately 20,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10% of seniors and 7.5% of juniors are eligible for membership.
