Lauren Hollis has been named director of human resources for North Mississippi Medical Center-West Point.
Hollis comes to NMMC-West Point from OKIN America Inc. in Shannon, where she has worked since April 2017. She served as an industrial engineer/sales service there for more than a year before being named human resources manager.
Hollis earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University in Starkville in 2017. She completed a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Columbia Southern University in Gulf Shores, Alabama this year.
She and her husband, Clinton, have two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family, activities with her children and exercising. She will complete her certification for professional human resources (PHR) in the coming year.
