The following verdicts were rendered in the previous circuit court hearing in Clay County:
Lacalvin Johnson pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of weapon by felon and was sentenced to ten years in MDOC, with five years to serve and five years probation, and pay $2,400 fine.
Tommy Oswalt pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and armed robbery and was sentenced to 15 years in MDOC with five years suspended and pay $500 fine.
Roger Haire pleaded guilty to burglary of a building and was sentenced to five years in MDOC, with five years suspended, pay $200 fine and $2,886.91 in restitution.
Jamarcos Nance pleaded guilty to drive by shooting, shooting into a dwelling and possession of cocaine and was sentenced to 8 years in MDOC, with one year intensive supervision program and four years probation.
Lejarvis Holmes pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile and was sentenced to five years in MDOC, with two years intensive supervision program and two years probation, pay $1,200 fine and $1,100 in restitution.
Joshua Golden pleaded guilty to armed robbery and kidnapping and was sentenced to twenty years in MDOC, with 15 years to serve and five years probation, and pay $500 fine.
Brad Reed pleaded guilty to sale of cocaine and sale of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 16 years in MDOC, with 8 years to serve, and pay $250 fine.
Brian Bowens pleaded guilty to trafficking of codeine and was sentenced to four years in MDOC and pay $1,200 fine.
Tiffany Rupert pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance while in jail and was sentenced to seven years in MDOC, with seven years suspended and five years in probation, and pay $500 fine.
Amber Hayden pleaded guilty to burglary of a business and was sentenced to five years probation, pay $6,666.67 in restitution and $250 fine.
Michelle Nabors pleaded guilty to burglary of a business and was sentenced to five years in probation and pay $6,666.67 in restitution and $250 fine.
Tommie Malone pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and armed robbery and was sentenced to 23 years in MDOC, with 18 years to serve and five years probation, and pay $500 fine.
Travis Bell pleaded guilty to burglary of a vehicle and was sentenced to seven years in MDOC, with four years suspended, and pay $250 fine.
Eric Swift pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced to 15 years in MDOC, with eight years suspended, and pay $200 fine.
Titus Lamb pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 15 years in MDOC, with ten years to serve and five years probation, pay $12,143.40 in restitution and $1,200 fine.
