COVID-19 coronavirus has now officially reached every county in the Golden Triangle.
Mississippi State Department of Health reported Sunday morning there are now two confirmed cases in Oktibbeha County. There are still four confirmed cases in Lowndes County and one in Clay County, according to the most updated figures on the MSDH website.
Overall, Mississippi has 207 confirmed cases, a jump of 67 cases since Saturday’s report. The virus now spans 52 counties in the state.
Hancock County still has the only reported death in Mississippi from COVID-19.
