A Starkville man was arrested Monday after he allegedly threatened multiple people with a gun.
Robert Lee Blue, 60, has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault and one count of simple assault by threat. Deputies from Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office received a call about Blue making threatening to shoot multiple people on Blue Drive at about 7:15 a.m. Monday, according to a OCSO press release.
OCSO Lt. Brett Watson said Blue fired shots from his weapon, threatening four different people, but none of the victims were injured. He added Blue knew the victims.
“We believe this is from a long-standing family feud,” Watson said.
Blue’s bond was set for $200,000 for the aggravated assaults and $1,000 on simple assault. He is currently in custody at Oktibbeha County Jail.
