Two teenagers, one from Columbus and one from Meridian, are behind bars for an alleged burglary last week.
Investigators with the Columbus Police Department arrested 18-year-old James Earl McCoy III and 19-year-old Kendricuz L. Hodges Tuesday, according to a press release from CPD. The two suspects allegedly burglarized a vehicle in the parking lot of Mike’s Bar on Alabama Street on May 31.
McCoy was arrested at his home at 323 Rebecca Lane, while Meridian resident Hodges was arrested at a house on Taylor Street. Municipal Court Judge Rhonda Ellis set bonds for both suspects at $5,000. They are still in Lowndes County Adult Detention Center.
