Local law enforcement agents believe they have arrested a suspect responsible for a string of burglaries at the Brickfire Project’s Westside Drive headquarters.
Starkville police officers were dispatched to the 143 Westside Drive location at approximately 3 a.m. Thursday in reference to a suspicious person at the location.
They detained Christian Cordarius Bobo, 23, of Starkville, at the scene and charged him with three counts of commercial burglary and possession of a firearm by a felony after he was interrogated by investigators.
His bond was set at $100,000, and he was transferred to the Oktibbeha County Jail.
Bobo will make his initial appearance in Starkville Municipal Court at 6 p.m. on April 11.
Burglars accessed the Brickfire Project location at least twice since Feb. 16, a previous Starkville Police Department release stated.
