The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department and the Columbus Police Department:

Xavier Deglenn Bonner, 20, of 205 Byrnes Circle, was arrested by Aug. 10 CPD and charged with burglary of a dwelling/house.
Marvin Dewayne Johnson, 35, of 1104 Railroad St., was arrested in Plymouth, Mass., Aug. 11 by MDOC and charged with violation of probation.
Tywanda Lavet Taylor, 33, of 310 12th St. N. Apt. 8, was arrested at Circuit Court Aug. 9 by LCSO and charged with violation of probation.
Booker Tailaferro Washington Jr., 43, of Nashville, Tenn., was arrested at Highway 45 N. and 15th St. N. Aug. 11 by MHP and charged with driving with a suspended drivers license, littering, violating the child restraint law, driving under the influence-first offense, contempt of court, no insurance and speeding. His court date has been scheduled for Sept. 3.
Tina Michelle Welch, 43, of Hamilton, was arrested at Circuit Court Aug. 9 by LCSO and charged with violation of probation.
