The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus Police Department:

Jeremiah Lee Douglas, 30, of 297 Madeira Drive, was arrested by the MUW Police Aug. 16 and charged with disturbing the peace, driving with suspended drivers license, violation of the open container law, failure to yield to blue lights, driving without insurance and resisting arrest. In addition, he had a hold order from MDOC. He has not been released. His court date is scheduled for Aug. 21.
Marilyn Ann O’Callaghan, 62, of 147 Sanders Lane in Caledonia, was arrested by LCSO Aug. 16 and charged with hindering prosecution. She has not been released. Her court date is scheduled for Aug. 20.
